Legs, Bums and Tums

This 45-minute class is designed to help tone your legs, glutes, and abs, tightening those “wobbly bits” that can be difficult to target, with the added benefit of improving balance and stability.

You will not only become fitter but also burn body fat and improve your overall fitness so that you can see a real difference in your body shape and muscle definition in these areas.
