Smash your limits and try new workouts with our fun fitness classes! We have 10 different classes to choose from, with more than 30 sessions every week, all led by expert trainers. Fitness classes are a great way to try new exercises, target different muscle groups and fitness goals, and keep your gym routine fresh. SmashHIT
Our version of a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, SmashHIT will push your limits and give you aerobic, strength building and metabolism-boosting benefits. In this class trainers will take you through short, intense intervals, with recovery periods in between.
Spinning
Fun, exciting, motivating and challenging, Spinning classes are an amazing way to get in a serious workout! Spinning is a low-impact exercise, meaning it is less stressful on your joints, but our trainers will still put you through your paces in these high-intensity classes.
Yoga
Great for your mind and your body, our Yoga classes help you improve strength, balance and flexibility all while re-centering and de-stressing. Ease back and joint pain while you build lean muscle and promote heart health, in a workout that’s challenging and relaxing.
Kickboxing
Kickboxing is an incredible workout for all experience levels, great for burning calories and building muscle. Stacked with high intensity movement, kickboxing works your whole body as you throw punches, practise footwork, and fire core and leg muscles for powerful kicks.
Legs, Bums & Tums
Targeting areas that we all want to show off, Legs, Bums & Tums is a perfect workout to get your sweat on while boosting your confidence. Work your core and lower body with efficient, lean muscle building exercises, and boosts your energy levels overall.
Zumba
Enjoy your workout like it’s a fun night out with our exciting Zumba classes. Get down with exciting choreography that’s easy to learn but challenging enough that you’ll definitely break a sweat. Target your whole body and build endurance in this cardio-heavy workout that will fly by.
Aerobics
Get a deep cardio workout while building muscle strength, increasing your endurance, and promoting weight loss. Aerobics classes will keep you moving with full-body exercises and coordinated steps that help you focus and stay in the moment while torching calories.
Active Recovery
Focused on rehabilitating and restoring the body, Active Recovery will take you through a series of movements that relieve tension, improve flexibility and mobility, and build strength and stability to leave you feeling relieved, rejuvenated and energetic.
Tae Bo
This high-energy workout is inspired by martial arts moves from taekwondo and boxing, combined with dance elements and turned into a non-stop cardio routine! Burn calories, lose weight and develop muscle throughout your body, while building functional strength.
Kettlebell Flow
This powerful workout lets you add dynamic movements to free weight exercises. Kettlebell Flow helps you build strength throughout your body while also benefitting from cardiovascular movement. With kettlebells, you’ll engage your full body in every swing.
F2
Develop and enhance your fitness across all categories, including strength, cardiovascular, endurance, balance and mobility. This class uses olympic weightlifting, calisthenics and metabolic conditioning, with movements and actions that carry over to day-to-day life.
Mzuqa Dance
Led by Denis of Mzuqa Dance, this class is a lively fusion of African beats and vibrant choreography. Mzuga Dance sessions are exciting and fast-paced, but it’s not just about fun; it’s a full-body workout revolutionising fitness. Experience the magic of Mzuqa, where the heart-pumping rhythm meets core-strengthening moves!
